Are you struggling with an eating disorder, negative body image or body hate? Do you feel trapped in a constant cycle of thoughts about food, body shape, and weight? Are you mentally drained from the anxiety around food and regular weighings? Do you feel depressed, ashamed or disgusted by your body?
These problems ruled my life for over ten years. However, I was able to break the cycle. I learned to accept and trust my body, which freed my mind from obsessive thoughts about food and my body.
Having survived an eating disorder, I devoted my career to helping you do the same. I studied psychology at a prestigious university in Hamburg, before obtaining a Master’s degree in psychology at the renowned King’s College London and becoming a member of the British Psychology Society.
Now I’m looking forward to helping you improve your relationship with your body and food – You can feel comfortable and confident again!
