My Own Story

I know from my own healing journey and experience of treating others, how helpful and important it is to work with and connect to someone who has been through a similar experience.

There are various ways we can work together; I help people in English or German all around the world by voice call or video call – you are free to choose which works best for you. I will ask you to commit to just two things: your own recovery and honesty with yourself. 

It is entirely possible to heal your relationship with your body and food – I have done it, others have done it and so can you!
